The Orleans County NRCD is dedicated to being open and transparent about our governance. We follow the State of Vermont Open Meeting Laws and any other regulations requried by the State for conservation districts.

Our state statute indicates that the Board of Supervisors is the governing body of the district. The role of our board is to provide strategic and financial oversight. OCNRCD operates financially similar to a non-profit, with a commitment to being fiscally responsible.
